Terms & Conditions — l89i Platform Rules and User Agreement

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:

• "l89i" / "the Platform" — refers to the online betting and casino service operated at l89i.io, including all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and APIs.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers with, or uses any service provided by l89i.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user profile created on l89i, through which a Player accesses all platform services.
• "Balance" — refers to the aggregate of a Player's real-money funds held in their l89i Account.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or other non-withdrawable incentive funds credited to a Player's Account by l89i.
• "Transaction" — refers to any deposit, withdrawal, bet placement, game wager, or internal transfer of funds within a Player's Account.
• "Content" — refers to all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Activity" — refers to any conduct described as forbidden or restricted under Section 5 of this Agreement.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any page of the l89i platform, clicking to register an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted this Agreement in its entirety. This acceptance is effective from the moment of your first access to the Platform.

If you are accessing l89i on behalf of a third party or under any form of power of attorney, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to this Agreement and that party accepts full responsibility for all activity conducted through the Account.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register an Account on l89i, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for the entire duration of your Account's existence:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. l89i maintains a strict 21+ policy and will not knowingly permit persons under this age to hold an Account or place any wager.
• You must be registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal, non-commercial use. Corporate accounts, syndicate accounts, and accounts registered on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an existing Account on the l89i platform. Each individual is permitted one Account only.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory restriction, or personal self-exclusion that would prohibit or restrict your participation in online gambling.

During registration, you will be required to create a unique username and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials. l89i accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where proper credential security was not maintained by the Player.

4 Account Management

Each Player is responsible for ensuring that all information held on their l89i Account is accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to personal details, including contact email addresses and registered mobile wallet numbers, must be communicated to the support team promptly.

l89i reserves the right to carry out enhanced identity verification checks ("KYC checks") at any time, including but not limited to: prior to processing a withdrawal request, following a material change in Account activity, or when required by internal risk management protocols. Failure to complete a KYC check within the timeframe specified by l89i will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until the check is concluded satisfactorily.

• Players may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign their Account or any balance therein to any other person.
• Players must not allow any third party to access or operate their Account.
• l89i will not be liable for any loss arising from a Player sharing their login credentials with another person.
• Account balances do not earn interest and may not be used as collateral for any external financial arrangement.

5 Platform Use & Conduct

The l89i platform is provided for the personal entertainment of eligible registered Players only. Any use of the platform for commercial purposes, systematic arbitrage, or any form of professional betting syndicate activity is expressly prohibited.

The following activities constitute Prohibited Activity and will result in immediate Account suspension, potential forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any non-human interface to access, interact with, or extract data from the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing anomalies to obtain a commercial advantage over the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt sporting conduct in relation to events offered on the l89i sportsbook.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an Account.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or using l89i for any other financial crime.
• Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, Account suspensions, or self-exclusion measures.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing l89i support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Sharing, publishing, or commercially exploiting any Content from the l89i platform without prior written consent.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

l89i supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your account verification status and transaction history.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per request. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time once confirmed by the payment provider. l89i is not responsible for delays caused by the payment network or mobile wallet provider.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
• l89i does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion is not available on the platform.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the l89i sportsbook and casino platform are subject to the specific game rules and market rules applicable to the relevant event or product. These rules are accessible within the individual game or market interface. The following general betting rules apply across all l89i products:

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation notification and the wager appears in your Account transaction history. Bets that are not confirmed are not valid.
• Odds and prices displayed on the platform are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the moment of confirmation.
• l89i reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or accepted in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect prices due to technical errors, human error, or data feed failure.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at l89i's discretion. l89i may suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are settled in accordance with the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned or not completed to a sufficient number of overs, l89i's specific cricket market rules will apply.
• Maximum winnings per single bet and per settlement period are subject to limits published within the platform and may be updated without notice.

Winnings from casino games, live dealer products, and slots are governed by the individual game rules supplied by the relevant game provider (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Play'n GO). In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and this Agreement, the game provider's rules apply to the specific game only; all other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

l89i may from time to time offer bonuses, deposit match promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. The availability, value, and conditions of any specific promotion are governed by the promotion-specific terms published alongside that offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all l89i promotions:

• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Welcome bonuses are available to newly registered Players only. One welcome bonus may be claimed per household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories or bet types specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games or markets may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus offers have a validity period after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account without notice.
• l89i reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already accepted and in use by eligible Players.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All Content on the l89i platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of l89i or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the l89i platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any Content without the prior written consent of l89i.

• The l89i brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of l89i and may not be used without written authorisation.
• Game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios.
• Systematic scraping of odds data, market information, or any other platform content is strictly prohibited.

11 Privacy & Data

l89i collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside it. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

l89i implements industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 / SSL encryption to protect personal and financial data transmitted between your device and the platform. 12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, l89i shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services.

• l89i does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party outages may cause temporary service unavailability.
• l89i shall not be liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• l89i shall not be liable for any losses arising from bets placed based on incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate odds data caused by a third-party data provider failure.
• l89i's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player for any single incident shall not exceed the total value of that Player's Account balance at the time of the incident.

13 Suspension & Termination

l89i reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where l89i has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has engaged in or is suspected of Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 5.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The Player has failed to complete a required identity verification or KYC check within the stipulated timeframe.
• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• Continued Account operation would expose l89i to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon Account closure.

14 Amendments

l89i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and will be prominently displayed on the Platform for a period of at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the l89i platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the amendment's effective date.

15 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and the laws relevant to l89i's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through l89i's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in English.

l89i operates as a safe and reliable online betting platform and does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the l89i platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their country or region of residence.
